On Friday morning I did a 5 mile run that took me down 999 & who did I see in my periphials moving closer to me on a lawn mower??? None other than Richard Eugene Glick! So funny.
Saturday I accomplished my first 12 miler. It was glorious. Unlike Jill, I tend to UNDERpack on my runs. Just me & my Ipod. Well, when I ran the 11 miler last weekend I ran into a little dehydration problem. So Gerald & I decided to fix that. Some time during my run he drove along my running route and found me to give me some water. He found me in Millersville right at mile 8 and brought Schmuffin to give me that extra encouragement.
Unlike Jill, I did not receive any free breakfasts that day. But maybe I should of told some of the vendors @ Central Market about my accomplishment! Mr. Auchenbach would have definetely given me a free peanut butter long john if he had only known!!! Thanks for the tip.
